Registrants must be at least 5 years old to be eligible
You must supply a copy of your child's birth certificate and medical insurance information.

Hamilton Pal Wrestling is beginning its 18th season. We are open to children in Grades K-8. Our program offers instructional training on from early December through late February at the Steinert High School Cafeteria, and we may be adding additional training at Hamilton West and Nottingham H.S. Competitive wrestling, which is optional, is also offered throughout the season as well.

What equipment will I need? For practice, head gear, wrestling shoes (both available at local sporting goods stores) gym shorts and a tee shirt. The program will provide wrestling singlets for those choosing to compete in one of the competitive programs. A deposit check will be required guaranteeing return of the singlet at seasons end.

Head Coaches for this season will be John Milazzo.  Our staff will be available to answer any questions you may have at registration.
