2008-2009 GIRLS BASKETBALL REGISTRATION NOTICE

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION:

Friday, September 5, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, or Saturday, September 6, 2008 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

WHERE:

Hamilton Township Recreation Building on Scully Ave.  Driveway is off Olden Ave. opposite “The Olden Pharmacy”

REGISTER BY MAIL:

Print the REGISTRATION FORM
and the CODE OF CONDUCT FORM. 
Complete both forms and either bring them to registration or mail them to:

REGISTRATION
FEE:

$65.00 for the first child in the family decreasing by $5.00 for each additional child.
PLEASE PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE               

ELIGIBILITY:

Registrants must be in grades 1-12.  High School Varsity players are eligible.

DIVISIONS:

Senior:

Registrants attending high school

Junior:

Registrants in 7th or 8th grades

Sophomore:

Registrants in 5th or 6th grades

Freshman:

Registrants in 1st , 2nd , 3rd, or 4th grades

Note: Players may only play “out of division” at the discretion of the league directors.

 TRYOUTS

WHO:

Returning players moving up to the next division and all new players.

WHERE:

Reynolds Middle School

WHEN:

Senior Division – Mon, September 22, 2008, at 6:30 pm
Junior Division – Tue, September 23, 2008, at 6:30 pm Sophomore Division – Wed, September 24, 2008, at 6:30 pm.

NOTICE

• The registration form must be dated and signed for insurance purposes.
• We will return registration forms that are not signed and accompanied by the registration fee.
• We will honor all requests for the Freshman Division.
• The other three divisions are based on a draft in order to balance competition.  NO GUARANTEES!
• Sisters playing in the same division will be placed on the same team.
• Players who attend tryouts will be drafted first. 
• Players not attending tryouts will be placed on teams in order of registration number.
• Players given permission to play outside their division will be placed last if there is room.
• Returning and new players who register late will be placed on a team at the discretion of the directors.
