BASKETBALL REGISTRATION NOTICE
By Wednesday, September 15, 2010 – mail signed registration form and a check payable
to “Hamilton P.A.L”
to: John Boros, League Director, 12 Periwinkle Lane, Mercerville, NJ 08619.
When: Thursday, September 16, from 6:00 to 8:00pm or
Friday, September 17 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.
Where: The old Township Recreation Building on Scully Ave. (off Olden Ave.)
$65.00 for the first child in the family; decreasing by $5.00 for each sister.
Make checks payable to “Hamilton P.A.L”. Payment
is due at time of registration.
Please pay by check or money order, and please REGISTER EARLY . Thank you.
REGISTRATION FEE IS
NON-REFUNDABLE
· Senior Division – Registrants attending high school
· Junior Division – Registrants in 7th and 8th grades
· Sophomore Division – Registrants
in 5th and 6th grades
· Freshman Division – Registrants in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades
Note:
Players may only play “out of division” at the discretion of the league directors.
Any registrants in grades 1 thru
12 are eligible, including high school varsity players.
Who: Girls moving up to the next division and new
players
Where: Reynolds Middle School
When: Senior
Division – Monday, September 27, 2010, at 6:30 pm.
Junior
Division – Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 6:30 pm.
Sophomore Division – Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at 6:30 pm.
· The registration
form must be dated and signed for insurance purposes.
· We will return registration
forms that are not signed and accompanied by the registration fee.
· In order to balance
the teams in each division, we can not guarantee any requests.
· Sisters playing in
the same division will be placed on the same team.
· Players who attend tryouts will
be drafted first.
· Players not attending tryouts will be placed on teams in
order of registration number.
· Players given permission to play outside their division
will be placed last if there is room.
· Returning and new players who register late
will be placed on a team at the discretion of the directors.
