CrossFit with COPS aims to promote physical fitness, teamwork and respect by encouraging positive youth interactions with police officers in the gym. We want to get fit with you! All instructors are certified in youth fitness. The program is designed for 10 - 16-year-olds and will be held at East State CrossFit in Hamilton.
