HAMILTON P.A.L. FIELD HOCKEY

Hamilton PAL offers field hockey for girls grades 3 - 8.

WHEN:  June 3 - 14, 2024 - Monday - Friday 6 PM - 7 PM.  (June 3,4,5,6,7,10,11,12,13,14)

WHERE:   Steinert High School Hockey Field 
(Adjacent to student parking lot on Klockner Rd. side of school - grass field)

COST:  $75.00 per person      

WHAT TO BRING: All players should wear sneakers (athletic ones) and shin guards (the same kind as soccer players wear).   We will provide a field hockey stick and ball (which will be collected at the end of camp), and a reversible pinnie (which you will keep).  If you have your own stick, you are welcome to use it.  A mouth guard is required and water is strongly suggested too.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:   The PAL Field Hockey Camp is designed to introduce girls to the sport of field hockey and hopefully increase their interest in the sport.  It also acts as a feeder system to all three of our local high schools.

Campers are divided by both age and ability levels.  All campers learn stick and ball handling skills, various offensive and defensive skills, use those skills in game like situations, and participate in a non-competitive atmosphere.
