Girls Basketball 2025-2026

Hamilton PAL Girls Basketball is designed for girls in grades K through 8. The focus is on fundamentals and FUN! Clinics and practices will run in both October and November. The registration fee is $50 for the first time PAL player fundamental program. Tryouts and team practices will be held in December for those participating in the full season program, with games scheduled for January and February 2026. The registration fee is $150 for the pre-season fundamental program + games package. Full season ends March of 2026.

Boys Basketball 2025-2026

Boys Basketball is BACK and better than ever! Hamilton PAL has partnered with the Jr. NBA this season to bring our game to a whole new level!! All practices and games will be held during the week (Monday - Friday). The season runs November 2025 - March 2026.

Wrestling 2025-2026

Hamilton PAL Wrestling is open to children in grades K through 8. Practices are held during the week and tournaments on the weekends. Our program runs December through February and focuses on skill development, conditioning and good sportsmanship. All program participants will be assessed and then practice / wrestle based upon age and skill level to encourage fair competition.

Hamilton PAL participates in the Delaware River Wrestling League (DRWL). We have incorporated their tournament costs into our registration fee of $175 per wrestler.
