HAMILTON PAL CHEERLEADING

Our program is designed for K-8th graders to teach the basics of cheerleading in a safe and supportive environment. The focus will be on learning fundamental skills such as motions, jumps, chants, and cheers. These skills will be used to engage the PAL basketball crowd creating a sense of community and unity among fans. This program is great for beginners who want to explore the sport, develop coordination, build confidence, and work as a team, without the complexity or physical demands of gymnastics and stunts. The emphasis is on having fun, learning the essentials of cheer, and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

Cheerleaders will be provided an opportunity to sign up for clinics, for a separate charge, that will focus on gymnastics and stunts in an environment that is equipped to teach these skills safely.

October 6th-November 11th (no practice the week of November 3rd) will be group practices for cheer fundamentals lead by the director team, not by your child's coach (more information will be given after registration).

Coaches will contact you with team information, practice times, and the game schedule once the group practices are completed.
Games will start in January.
The season ends in March with the exhibition.

Practices will be held at Dwier Center on one of the following:
  • Mondays 5:45pm-7pm
  • Mondays 7:15pm-8:30pm
  • Tuesdays 7:15pm-8:30pm
Kindergarten will be Tuesdays 6pm-7pm at Dwier Center
